Overview
Applying three treatments throughout the year which can begin at any time in any season. Four treatments are not required like other companies, as excessive use of nitrogen fertilisers create several side effects :- Thatch build-up, increased grass growth and poorly developed root systems.
These side effects costs you money
Treatment 1 – Spring
A slow-release fertiliser is applied to lift the lawn out of winter. This will green up your grass and produce a think healthy lawn. Also, the lawn will be sprayed with a selective herbicide to deal with those unsightly broad-leafed weeds such as dandelions, daises, and clover.
Treatment 2 – Summer
A poly coated non-scorch fertiliser is applied to nourish and continue to feed the grass, this will maintain a lush deep-green colour, the lawn will be again sprayed with a selective herbicide to prevent any new weed invasion to the lawn.
Treatment 3 – Autumn/Winter
A liquid fertiliser is applied high in Phosphate and Potash to encourage better root development and lawn will also contain a micronutrient treatment, which will green up the lawn, kill moss and toughen the grass ready for the winter season.
